FAQ
When is payment due for my session?
Payment for all sessions are due 72 hours prior to your booked session. All sessions require a deposit that is due at the time of booking. You will receive a reminder notification of your remaining balance 14 days, 7 days and 72 hours prior to your session. Any late fees will be billed to you and/or added to your remaining balance.
Is there a late fee?
Yes, if you are 15 minutes late to a photoshoot there will be a fee of $25 added to your balance and/or billed to you. An additional $5 per minute will be assessed after the initial 15 minute late charge. If you are 20 minutes late, your session will be cancelled. Client will be upheld to the companies cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
6.2 Cancellation. Client may terminate the Agreement (“Cancellation”) and/or reschedule the Services (“Rescheduling”) by providing Photographer with written notice no later than 3 days before the original date of the Services (the “Minimum Notice”). Client acknowledges and agrees that Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for Cancellations and Rescheduling unless the Minimum Notice in accordance with this Article 6 is duly provided or unless the parties otherwise agree in writing. If a request for cancellation occurs within 3 days of the booked session the client will be charged a photographer fee of $150 and all associated studio/equipment rental fees. An itemized invoice will be provided to the client.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
This will depend on if there is a booking right after your photoshoot. If not, you have the ability to extend in 30 min increments for a $50 fee per each half hour.
How long will it be before I can view and select my photos?
The minimum processing time for clients to view photos after any photoshoot is two weeks. This will be discussed during consultation as the time may vary depending on the type of photoshoot. Once the photos are uploaded into the clients private online gallery, the client can select their prints for retouching according to the type of shoot booked. Processing time for retouching photographs will take a minimum of and additional two weeks. Once final images are uploaded for download or order, prints will be delivered to client via mail within 7-10 business days once order is complete (images are retouched and provided to client via online gallery).
How long will it take to receive my prints once I place an online order?
Your prints will be delivered within 7-10 business days. The processing time could be sooner. I will always notify you in advance if there are any delays.
Do you do studio shoots?
Yes! During our initial consultation we will discuss whether you want a studio or on location shoot.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Nope! Once you receive your professional quality online album you will have the option of ordering your prints from my online store or you can download the photographs and print release to print at any store of your choosing. I do recommend that you notify me of the print sizes you plan to select if printing at a location of your choosing so that I can adjust the pixels for the best quality prints. If you would like to receive additional digital prints than what you package provides, there will be a $10 charge per photo.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Absolutely! I love weddings and elopement ceremonies! I charge my mentioned elopement or wedding fee in addition to the cost of travel and hotel.
Will there be a second shooter?
Typically no. For weddings and large events with over 50 guests there will be a second photographer. The additional photographer cost will be included within the quoted price.
Do you offer retouching for photographs you did not take?
Yes. I will edit/retouch photographs at $20 per photo. I will require a photographer release to do so. Please contact me for consultation for this service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash App, PayPal, E-Transfer, Zelle, Credit/Debiit Card. Cash and/or checks are not accepted.
